You may return:
*Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original packaging.
*Life Well Styled must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery notification.
*Merchandise must be received return items by Life Well Styled within 10 days of the delivery date to customer, verified by the USPS tracking number.
*Return Shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility, please be sure to check all item details and sizing guides completely prior to purchasing.
You may NOT return:
*Clearance/Sale/Closeout items, these are FINAL SALE.
*Anything with discount of 40% off or more
*Custom or Personalized Items
*Merchandise may be returned for online credit within 10 days of the delivery date to customer, verified by the USPS tracking number.
*A Gift Code will be emailed to the email address provided on the original order.
To make your return
1. Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated, and email us via the contact page with your order number in the comment section, along with a brief description.
2. Next, return your item to: LIFE WELL STYLED (address will be in an emailed response) – tracking information is recommended.
3. Once your package is received, please allow up to 3 business days for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
If your return does not meet the approved criteria, is received past the “10 day from delivery date to buyer” limit, or return instructions are not followed, it will be rejected by our returns department and will be held at the shop. The item(s) can be mailed back to you with a future order or immediately for a $6 (minimum) shipping fee (based on weight). We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.
Something’s not right?
*If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must, without exception, contact our customer service team WITHIN 48 HOURS delivery receipt via email: firstname.lastname@example.org . Our customer service team will respond to you within 48 hours.
